Investment in Character Campaign

What is the Investment in Character Campaign?

The Investment in Character Campaign is the fundraising campaign where participants, or those who benefit from the Exploring program, are asked to support it. In addition to asking for support from those who directly benefit from Exploring, community members are also asked to make an investment in Exploring.

Where does the money go?

All money raised through the Investment in Character Campaign is used by the Daniel Webster Council to support the Exploring Division. For a detailed explanation of what the Council does, please see here.

Why should I invest in Exploring?

Your investment is important, and appreciated. It costs approximately $150.00 to support one Explorer's experience. The annual $10.00 registration fee goes to the National Learning for Life office to support program development on the national level. In order to continue to provide a quality Exploring program to the youth of New Hampshire, we need the support of its families and communities, and an investment in Exploring demonstrates commitment to the continued success of the program.

How can I invest in Exploring?

You can make an immediate gift, or pledge your support and be billed monthly, quarterly, or annually. You can even pay by credit card. For more information on making an investment in Exploring, you can download a brochure.

What if my company has a matching gift program?

Matching gifts can be sent to the Exploring Division, Daniel Webster Council, 571 Holt Ave., Manchester, NH 03109. If your company requires a letter, please contact your Exploring Executive.
