Local Learning for Life Outing Permit Application

This permit must be filled with the Local Learning for Life office at least one week in advance of scheduled activity for proper clearance. It is to be used for all trip of 500 miles or less. If the destination is more than 500 miles one way or outside the United States, please use the National Learning for Life Outing Permit Application (see below).

National Learning for Life Outing Permit Application

A National Learning for Life Outing Permit is required for all groups traveling to areas 500 miles or more one way from their home area or crossing national boundaries into the territory of other nations. This application should be permitted (typed or printed) to the local Learning for Life office for approval at least one month before your outing. Then the Learning for Life office will forward it to the regional service center for approval.

A National Learning for Life Outing Permit is required for all National Events.
